Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Lead Online Educator specializing in STEM fields to join their innovative educational platform. This is a fully remote position, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of online learning. The Lead Online Educator will be responsible for developing, curating, and delivering high-quality online curriculum and instructional content for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics subjects.
Responsibilities
- Developing, curating, and delivering high-quality online curriculum
- Leading a team of online instructors and content creators
- Designing engaging online courses and developing interactive learning materials
- Implementing effective assessment strategies to track student progress
- Managing projects and setting clear objectives for a distributed team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a STEM field or Education is required; a Ph.D. or relevant teaching certifications are a plus
- Deep understanding of online learning platforms (LMS), instructional design principles, and best practices in virtual education
- Strong expertise in at least one core STEM discipline
- Experience in curriculum development for K-12 or higher education online programs is highly desirable
