Head of Customer Success (Remote from Czech Republic)
Job Description
Strategic and experienced Head of Customer Success role to lead and scale the global customer experience function, managing the end-to-end customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team
- Oversee client onboarding and technical coordination
- Manage shipping, damages, and returns processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing operations
- 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong background in e-commerce operations
- Proficiency with Shopify and QuickBooks preferred
