Job Description

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, primarily focusing on high-volume professional positions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and efficiently deliver a high-quality talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Process job requisitions and post positions on job boards
  • Perform data entry in ADP applicant tracking
  • Screen, schedule, and interview applicants
  • Extend verbal and written job offers
  • Maintain employee referral program
  • Coordinate background checks and drug testing
  • Track recruitment activities and generate analytics

Qualifications

  • Two years of recruiting experience
  • One year of administrative work experience
  • Associate's degree, preferably in human resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job boards
