Job Description
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, primarily focusing on high-volume professional positions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and efficiently deliver a high-quality talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Process job requisitions and post positions on job boards
- Perform data entry in ADP applicant tracking
- Screen, schedule, and interview applicants
- Extend verbal and written job offers
- Maintain employee referral program
- Coordinate background checks and drug testing
- Track recruitment activities and generate analytics
Qualifications
- Two years of recruiting experience
- One year of administrative work experience
- Associate's degree, preferably in human resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job boards
