Senior Concept Engineer
Job Description
Wood is recruiting for a Senior Concept Engineer to join our team in Oman to join its Projects team focusing on delivering across FEED and Detail design scopes of work. The role will execute the activities and processes associated with Business Development for feasibility, concept and pre-FEED studies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development process from initiation to conceptual and pre-FEED design
- Framing the Business Opportunity and developing business cases
- Conceptual design of process facilities, utilities, and offsites
- Identification and selection of optimum technologies
- Develop Capex Class V and IV and Opex cost estimates
- Work with technology licensors to create ITTs
Qualifications
- BSc or Engineering degree
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in the oil and gas downstream industry
- Membership of a recognized professional institute preferred
