Job Description
Trust Matrix Analysis is hiring a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team in Gemmayze, Ashrafieh. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience and the ability to maintain high culinary standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section efficiently
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to set standards
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team
- Assist in stock control and minimize food waste
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Team player with good communication skills
- Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and consistency
