HSE Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HSE Engineer for site supervision in Kuwait. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across our construction projects. Tasks include developing management systems, conducting regular site inspections, and leading incident investigations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Perform risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Provide HSE training to site personnel
- Develop emergency response plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSE site supervision in construction projects
- Professional certifications such as CSP or NEBOSH
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and OSHA standards
