Job Description
To provide integrated support for the UAE operations by managing end-to-end HR administration and executing key finance-related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment administrative cycle
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and adminster leave
- Manage office petty cash and financial transaction data entry
- Process employee expense claims
- Support basic bookkeeping and month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Administrator role in the UAE
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Hands-on experience with Odoo software preferred
