HR and Admin Officer (with Finance Support)

Job Description

To provide integrated support for the UAE operations by managing end-to-end HR administration and executing key finance-related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment administrative cycle
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and adminster leave
  • Manage office petty cash and financial transaction data entry
  • Process employee expense claims
  • Support basic bookkeeping and month-end closing activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Administrator role in the UAE
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo software preferred
