Customer Service Assistant - Native or fluent English
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated CS Assistant to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a high attention to detail, and prior experience in customer service, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare field. The role will be responsible for providing friendly and professional support to customers, handling product inquiries, order management, and resolving any issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general support
- Process customer orders and returns, ensuring a smooth experience from order to delivery
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and other departments to coordinate customer orders
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or MedTech environment, is a plus
