Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager for the GCC Region to be based in Dubai. This is an individual contributor quota-carrying role. The primary objective of this role is to drive new business growth by identifying and closing opportunities within the assigned GCC market, focusing on acquiring new logos and growing the revenue portfolio within our existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities by acquiring new logos.
- Build a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and generating leads.
- Develop and execute FOO’s sales strategies to meet client needs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Implement MEDDPICC as a sales qualification methodology.
- Maintain a consistent relationship with existing clients to minimize churn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar related technical fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Software Sales and Business Development.
- Proven experience selling software solutions to Fintech and Banking industries is mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
