Job Description
Position: Medical Records Specialist Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $60–$80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time, long-term project-based (minimum 15 hours/week). Role Responsibilities: Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world medical records workflows.

- Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world medical records workflows
- Translate healthcare documentation standards and processes into structured evaluation content
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance awareness in all materials
- Collaborate with AI researchers to benchmark and improve model understanding
- Provide expert feedback grounded in medical records and health information practices
Qualifications
- Strong full-time professional experience as a Medical Records Specialist
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer
- Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week
