Sales Specialist (Medicine)
Job Description
We are looking for a target-driven Sales Specialist to convert leads into paid consultations and wellness packages. You will work closely with doctors and wellness practitioners, guide clients through programs, and drive repeat bookings.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads into appointments and paid plans
- Conduct quick discovery calls and qualify leads
- Explain wellness programs clearly and simply
- Coordinate practitioner schedules and program enrollment
- Follow up daily via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM
- Handle objections, create urgency, and increase conversions
- Track leads, bookings, consultations, and sales
- Upsell renewals, package upgrades, and add-on therapies
- Ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals
