Job Description
نبحث عن مدير عمليات تشغيلي كافيهات ذو خبرة قوية في إدارة وتشغيل سلاسل الكافيهات، للانضمام إلى فريق عمل احترافي يركز على الكفاءة التشغيلية وجودة الأداء وتحقيق الربحية. Location: Al-Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Full oversight of daily operational activities across all branches
- Ensure implementation and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor branch performance, analyze sales and costs
- Manage teams and conduct performance evaluations
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Reduce waste and control operational costs
- Coordinate with supporting departments (Procurement, HR, Finance)
- Ensure compliance with food safety and municipality regulations
Qualifications
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة وتشغيل الكافيهات أو المطاعم
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عدة فروع أو سلسلة كافيهات
- التواجد داخل المملكة العربية السعودية شرط أساسي
- Good knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar systems
