Job Description

Associate Director Proposals and Contract Management is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating, optimizing, and delivering high-quality contracts and proposals across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as lead for the Proposals & Contract Management team
  • Coach and guide team members
  • Allocate and rebalance workload across the team
  • Lead preparation of high quality, compliant, and competitive proposals
  • Develop and review complex proposals and budgets
  • Coordinate contract negotiation and execution with clients
  • Draft and review Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
  • Own the creation and maintenance of standard budget tools
  • Assess and optimize proposal and contract management processes
  • Manage inbound proposal and contract requests
  • Support M&A integration activities
  • Ensure timely updates of CRM systems

Qualifications

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract & proposal management
  • Experience in life sciences or regulated environment
  • Track record in developing budgeting tools
  • Knowledge of pricing in CRO business
  • Experience with MSAs, Work Orders, and commercial negotiations
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. ZOHO)
  • Professional fluency in English
