Financial Analyst (HR Analytics)
Job Description
TripleTen is looking for a Financial Analyst to partner with the Finance and People Operations teams. You will support workforce planning, reconcile HR data with financial systems, and build dashboards covering headcount and compensation metrics to support data-backed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting
- Reconcile HR data with financial systems for accuracy
- Build and maintain HR financial dashboards
- Analyze large datasets for trends, risks, and opportunities
- Streamline HR-related financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related analytical role
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and accounting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
