Client Advisor & Sales Support (ABU DHABI)
Job Description
To provide an inspirational, luxurious shopping experience, maximizing every sales opportunity. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and drive to achieve store targets. The ideal candidate should have High Jewelry and Haute Horlogerie experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome all clients/prospects and provide extraordinary service
- Establish and develop relationships with existing clients
- Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging
- Contribute to store and service KPIs
- Register clients’ data in the system for CRM actions
- Ensure VM guidelines are followed for product display
- Perform After Sales service front office activities (repairs, SAP data entry)
- Perform on-line training modules
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales experience within luxury/fashion brand
- High Jewelry/ High End experience is a must
