Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Commis Pastry Chef to join a prestigious fine dining culinary team in Qatar. You will work alongside world-class chefs to deliver exceptional desserts and pastry items.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and production of pastry items
- Follow recipes and portion controls
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
- Support senior pastry chefs with mise en place
- Participate in development of new pastry items
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in culinary or pastry training
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry role
