Job Description
Bestrong Realestate and Brokerage LLC is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Off-Plan Sales Executives to join our fast-growing real estate team. This is a pure commission-based role with qualified off-plan leads provided, offering unlimited earning potential for strong closers.
Responsibilities
- Handle qualified off-plan leads and convert them into successful sales
- Present and sell off-plan real estate projects to local and international clients
- Conduct project briefings, site visits, and virtual presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and investor trust
- Guide clients through the booking, payment plan, and documentation process
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate client updates in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively
- Fluent in English
- Real Estate : 1 year (Required)
- Driving License (Required)
