Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Fully own the paid growth engine across digital channels, with direct responsibility for strategy, execution, and optimization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role managing acquisition- and retention-focused campaigns across multiple paid channels to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
- Lead creative testing, audience development, and bidding strategies
- Develop and optimize campaigns to reduce CAC and increase LTV
- Audit and improve landing pages and paid traffic funnels
- Own performance tracking and reporting across key metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align goals
Qualifications
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience with direct ownership of paid media
- Experience in startup or small, fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in healthcare or ad-restricted industries
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube
