Assistant People & Culture Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant People & Culture Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Director of People & Culture to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and support the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leaders on performance management, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning and onboarding
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Champion a culture of inclusion, well-being, and high performance
- Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Maintain HR systems and lead recognition programs
- Assist in workforce planning and productivity analysis
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in People & Culture roles, preferably within the hospitality industry
