Job Description
Develop and oversee ADCG’s strategic project charters and plans, track timelines and performance against targets, and establish a Project Management framework. Particularly focused on construction, real estate, and large capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Define Project Strategy and Governance
- Develop and monitor Risk, Integration, and Communication plans
- Manage project budgeting and report on financial aspects
- Monitor status and identify risks and issues pertaining to projects
- Report on progress to executive management
- Develop PMP best practices and update PM framework policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil), PM, or Business
- 10+ years’ experience in construction, real estate, or capital projects
- At least 7 years in project management within construction domain
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects end-to-end
