Job Description
Mashreq is looking for a Mobile Channel Lead to oversee digital banking experiences across the Neo Corp platform. You will own native mobile applications and ensure end-to-end design and deployment of secure, resilient mobile banking solutions for corporate clients across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic technical leadership for mobile application design
- Ensure scalability and resilience of mobile solutions
- Own end-to-end delivery of mobile initiatives
- Supervise UAT sign-off and production deployments
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and commercial negotiations
- Enforce audit and security compliance for mobile channels
Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in technology leadership
- Expertise in iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java)
- Experience with digital channels and banking ecosystems (Oracle, Finacle, etc.)
