Job Description
Manage end-to-end HR activities with a strong focus on in-house recruitment for high-volume, entry-to-mid-level roles.
Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and job boards
- Support onboarding and documentation
- Maintain candidate databases
- Coordinate with managers on workforce needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in in-house recruitment (high-volume hiring preferred)
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
