In this role, you will lead and deliver cybersecurity projects across multiple sectors, including both private and public organizations. You will play a critical role in understanding client needs, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored cybersecurity solutions. This position requires a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, exceptional project management capabilities, and proven stakeholder management skills. You will also contribute to the growth of the cybersecurity practice by mentoring junior consultants, collaborating with global teams, and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and understand client cybersecurity needs and pain points
  • Prepare high-quality proposals and collaborate with other member firms
  • Oversee project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Set clear metrics and reporting mechanisms aligned with client engagement requirements
  • Ensure project documentation, deliverables, and quality standards comply with KPMG’s engagement delivery practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Maintain continuous professional development within cybersecurity
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives

Qualifications

  • 6–9 years of relevant cybersecurity experience
  • At least 3 years in consulting within the GCC
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least two certifications, including one cybersecurity and one project management certification (e.g., ISO 27001, CISSP, PMP)
