Technical Repair Engineer
Job Description
The Senior Operations Engineer – Machining is responsible for end to end operational performance of the machining area, ensuring safe, efficient, and on time execution of repair and manufacturing activities for turbine and rotating equipment components.
Responsibilities
- Own daily operational performance of the machining area
- Ensure execution of machining activities in line with production plans
- Monitor and manage machining KPIs (Safety, OTD, Productivity)
- Lead daily/weekly operational reviews
- Lead root cause analysis for deviations
- Provide technical judgment on machining feasibility
- Enforce strict compliance with HSE rules
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 7–12 years of experience in machining or manufacturing operations
