Customer Success Manager - Government Sector (Saudi National Required)
Job Description
Focus specifically on government and public sector entities, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure long-term value realization, adoption, and trust. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by bridging the gap between onboarding and value realization.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on products and services
- Keep clients engaged to increase adoption
- Build strong relationships rooted in trust
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor metrics like NPS and execute on feedback
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
Qualifications
- Saudi National Required
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS
- Bi-lingual (Arabic and English)
