New Leaf Community Markets is seeking a Juice Bar Manager to oversee department operations, financial stewardship, and team leadership. Responsibilities
- Manages and provides oversight to all areas of the department
- Directly responsible for management of all department staff
- Orders pastry products and manages inventory levels
- Builds displays and arranges department products
- Oversees beverage programs ensuring quality and consistency
- Ensures compliance with organic standards
- Plans and analyzes monthly perishable inventory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience in a high-volume environment required
- Previous ordering/inventory management experience required
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency required
- Skills to manage financial results, including labor, sales and profit margin
