Job Description
Trusted legal business partner providing support across Saudi Arabia and the KSABYP Cluster for Schneider Electric. Covers commercial, contractual, regulatory, and governance matters in support of industrial and project activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to business units
- Draft and negotiate commercial and project agreements
- Advise on regulatory frameworks and local content requirements
- Manage legal risks and litigation matters
- Deliver legal awareness and training sessions
Qualifications
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- Minimum 10-13 years professional legal experience
- Experience in industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors
- Fluency in Arabic and English
