Quality Specialist - Arket
Job Description
As a Quality Specialist at ARKET, you have holistic ownership of the quality of Supply Chain Partners' capacity development. You partner with the ARKET team to understand customer expectations and translate them to suppliers, driving efficient processes like root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Responsibilities
- Ownership over development of Supply Chain Partners in terms of product quality standards
- Drive and conduct trainings/workshops aimed at improving supplier's quality processes
- Continuous work towards efficient processes such as root cause analysis and corrective action plans
- Manage constant improvement of overall quality structure
Qualifications
- Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
- Good technical knowledge in RTW production (Woven, Knit, Leather, Denim)
- Build strong trust with suppliers to collaborate and give relevant feedback
