Job Description
To drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in the watch/luxury retail sector. The Sales Advisor will leverage their product knowledge, interpersonal skills, and proactive approach to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding and personalized customer experience
- Actively engage with customers and recommend suitable luxury watches
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of watch brands and products
- Assist in visual merchandising
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service
- Support the training and mentoring of junior sales staff
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably watches/jewelry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
