Senior Sales Representative- (Digital Sales)

Job Description

As a Senior Sales Representative for the Honeywell Connected Industrial Business, you will play a critical role in driving the business primarily in Kuwait and support other MEA regions. You will be responsible for managing relationships and stakeholder management for key strategic opportunities that involve OT software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders within target customers
  • Present tailored solutions leveraging OT to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Whitespace analysis in the given territory
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain customer records

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management, business management or sales within the industrial sector
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving growth in IT/OT technologies
  • Strong understanding of automation, and customer business processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with SFDC and Microsoft Office Suite
