Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing the payroll process, leave management, end-of-service final settlements, ensuring accurate and timely payment of each process to employees. This role involves maintaining payroll records, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process payroll using WPS
  • Calculate wages, benefits, and tax deductions
  • Collate and process leave applications
  • Prepare end-of-service (EOS) settlements
  • Maintain accurate personnel and attendance records
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, Emiratization, and Pension
  • Generate HR reports for management
  • Coordinate with government authorities and sister companies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same or related role
