Job Description
The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing the payroll process, leave management, end-of-service final settlements, ensuring accurate and timely payment of each process to employees. This role involves maintaining payroll records, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process payroll using WPS
- Calculate wages, benefits, and tax deductions
- Collate and process leave applications
- Prepare end-of-service (EOS) settlements
- Maintain accurate personnel and attendance records
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, Emiratization, and Pension
- Generate HR reports for management
- Coordinate with government authorities and sister companies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same or related role
