Emiratization Senior Recruiter (UAE Nationals only- Part time or Full Time)
Job Description

Draft, edit, and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms, including NAFIS, LinkedIn, and other specialized job boards, ensuring maximum visibility to UAE National candidates. UAE National with a Family Book is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and post engaging job advertisements
- Proactively source, review, and screen candidate profiles
- Conduct initial interviews and skills assessments
- Prepare and present shortlisted CVs and comprehensive candidate profiles
- Coordinate and facilitate all stages of the interview process
- Guide candidates through all stages of the onboarding process
- Maintain regular communication with candidates
Qualifications
- Nationality: UAE National with a Family Book is mandatory
- Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional social media platforms
