Development Project Manager
Job Description
I am looking for an experienced Development Project Manager (onshore wind) to join an international IPP developing and building wind, PV & BESS plants. The Company has long-term goals on the Romanian market. Responsibilities include managing development of wind projects in Romania to RtB phase, preparing necessary documents throughout the full permitting process, coordination of experts and service providers, and building long-term relationships with stakeholders.

- Coordination of experts and service providers
- Preparing documents and providing support in the grid access application process
- Collecting necessary approvals and coordinating work on required studies
- Preparing and verifing project budgets and timetables
- Meeting with the local stakeholders
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Tracking and documentation of project goals and milestones
Qualifications
- Experience in wind project development in Romania
- Fluency in Romanian and good command of English
- Valid driver license
