Job Description
An IT Desktop Support technician installs, configures, and maintains computers, software, and peripheral hardware to ensure optimal performance. Primary contact for troubleshooting technical issues in person or remotely.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners
- Diagnose hardware and software failures
- Manage IT inventory and tracking
- Apply OS patches and updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- CompTIA A+, MCP, or CCST certifications highly preferred
