Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support IMAR Overseas KSA’s growth strategy in the Saudi market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the company’s market expansion across construction and fit-out sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi construction and fit-out market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and upcoming projects
- Prepare business development plans and market intelligence reports
- Coordinate with estimation, tendering, and technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development within the Saudi construction and/or fit-out market
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
