Assistant Manager / Manager, Marketing
Job Description
Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging market trends and customer insights. Campaign Management: Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, offline, events) and post-event analysis. Ensure campaigns drive sales growth and increased customer engagement. Logistics & Materials Coordination: Coordinate event logistics and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Agency Management: Select, onboard, and manage marketing agencies for event planning and execution. Negotiate contracts and monitor agency performance against agreed KPIs and timelines. Budget Control: Prepare and manage marketing event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to ensure event alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
