Job Description
Provide inputs and support development team in master planning, feasibility studies, market research etc. Implementation of design strategies to achieve development/ project objectives. Lead master planning design to support development projects.
Responsibilities
- Preparing high level conceptual designs and master plans
- Preparation of design scope of work to appoint consultants
- Support the tendering process to select consultants and contractors
- Managing and reviewing design across all stages
- Liaise with consultants to ensure minimize design errors and conflicts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience
