Business Development Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our real estate partnerships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including brokers, agencies, and other strategic stakeholders in the real estate market
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to increase sales and market presence
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to create tailored channel strategies and sales campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend strategic initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to maximize business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Track and report on channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven experience (3–5+ years) in business development, channel management, or sales within the real estate sector
- Strong network and understanding of real estate market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data analysis
