Installation & Maintenance Manager
Job Description
The Installation & Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising, planning, and managing all activities and processes within the Installation & Maintenance Services section. Focus on Equipment Installations Quality Assurance and Technical Services Operational Management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure technical services activities align with company policies
- Develop and review technical services procedures and standards
- Prepare equipment inspection schedules
- Supervise regular inspection of stores equipment and facilities
- Monitor overall store equipment performance
- Manage cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources
- Manage service providers through coordinators
- Plan and manage maintenance and consumable spare parts management
- Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians
Qualifications
- 6 - 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration is a plus
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Good knowledge of fast-food / QSR operations
