Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, presenting design & build solutions, and closing high-value interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dubai’s interiors market and proven experience in sales within the design/build or fit-out sector.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking and market research
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers
  • Track and report sales performance and forecasts
  • Represent the brand professionally at meetings and events

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in interior design / fit-out sales in the UAE (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of design, materials, fit-out processes, and client requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in interior design or fit-out sales: 1 year
