Manager Cabin Crew Performance
Job Description
Are you passionate about shaping high-performing Cabin Crew teams and driving service excellence across every flight? We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, development and continuous improvement of our Cabin Crew performance matrix. Your responsibility includes the effective management and development of Cabin Crew Performance staff in relation to on-the-job performance, development and behaviour which ensures that the Cabin Crew Performance teams operate with an embedded culture of safety, efficiency and RX values.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of the Cabin Crew performance matrix
- Manage and develop Cabin Crew Performance staff
- Ensure all performance management policies align with Guest Experience and Flight Operations vision
- Ensure compliance with GACA and industry standards
- Provide feedback to Cabin Crew Training Management and Guest Experience
- Support in the recruitment and development of the performance management team
- Manage safety, security and compliance programmes
Qualifications
- Degree qualified
- At least 5 years within an airline flight operations environment
- 3 years in a Cabin Crew management or performance leadership function
- Experience in mentoring and development of Cabin Crew
