Job Description

We are a growing Smart Home & Automation company looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our client base across residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills who enjoys meeting clients, closing deals, and earning commission based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients (villas, apartments, offices, developers, real estate contacts)
  • Promote smart home solutions such as automation, CCTV, access control, and networking
  • Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements
  • Prepare basic proposals and coordinate with the technical team
  • Close deals and follow up until project confirmation
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners

Qualifications

  • 2 Years previous experience in sales or business development (smart home, ELV, AV, real estate, or IT is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus
