Job Description
Play a central role in establishing and scaling a new HR and payroll outsourcing business vertical from the ground up. Design systems, acquire clients, and build scalable operational structures.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize payroll operations, workflows, and compliance frameworks
- Engage with clients, pitch solutions, and drive revenue through payroll outsourcing sales
- Develop the go-to-market strategy for the new payroll outsourcing vertical
- Hiring and developing the first layer of payroll and compliance teams
