Job Description
Responsible for managing dark stores and hiring a team that leads day-to-day operations and programs. Monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to launch dark stores
- Track operational metrics including fulfillment times and inventory accuracy
- Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards
- Support root cause analysis for operational defects
- Coordinate with store operations teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of performance metrics or process improvement experience
- 3+ years of employee management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
