HR Executive
Job Description
Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage and support human resource functions at our Dubai office. The role involves handling core HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and personnel databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HR reporting
- Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling
- Coordinate with government portals and external HR service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
