Lead Product Designer, Applied AI
Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to define and craft AI-native experiences that empower users to interact effectively with intelligent agents, workflows, and copilots. You will shape how AI behaves in a practical, understandable, and trustworthy way while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for Applied AI experiences
- Provide thought leadership on AI design trends
- Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to translate capabilities into intuitive experiences
- Prototype and test AI-powered flows and interaction systems
- Define patterns for AI-assisted actions and user control
- Maintain high standards of visual and UX craft
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Deep experience designing AI-powered tools or conversational interfaces
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
- Proficiency in Figma and other high-fidelity design tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to solve novel UX problems without existing patterns
