Solution Data Architect
Job Description
Fusemachines is seeking a Solution Data Architect to design and optimize data infrastructure using Microsoft Azure for the Public Sector. This remote, full-time role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and PySpark for real-time data pipelines. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize infrastructure for data integration and analytics using Azure
- Serve as a Azure Cloud solutions subject matter expert (SME)
- Collaborate with the Delivery team on solution design and implementation
- Build and optimize real-time, low-latency pipelines
- Design data governance, cataloging, and quality frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years as a Data & Analytics Solution Architect in Azure environments
- Deep and recent experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and PySpark
- Expertise in data modeling, integration (ETL/ELT), and warehousing
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
