Associate Manager, Demand & Supply Planning
Job Description
Leading bottom-up consensus demand plans in Country through an efficient alignment across stakeholders, while ensuring supply by providing visibility and coordinating with different functions for onetime availability at Nestlé.
Responsibilities
- Leading Pre-Alignment meetings to capture and analyze influences on planning
- Ensuring Sellout/IMS data is used in consensus building
- Building bottom-up Risks & Opportunities for decision making
- Support automation roadmap and drive focus in MBPC by adopting AI tools
- Coordinating with clearance and supply teams for on-time availability
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant operational experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, or Procurement
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English
