Manager Accounts Receivable
Job Description
The Manager of Accounts Receivable will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the effective management of receivables, payment follow-ups, and denial resolution. This position requires collaboration across revenue cycle, billing, and coding departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team
- Oversee day-to-day AR operations
- Analyze trends in unpaid claims and denials
- Develop and manage departmental budget
- Ensure compliance with billing and coding regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in healthcare revenue cycle
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer regulations
- Hands-on experience with HIS systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
