Job Description
Carry out regular inspection of sites, identify issues proactively, and coordinate maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular inspection of sites
- Identify maintenance issues proactively
- Coordinate with FM Helpdesk for service requests
- Ensure timely completion of repair works
- Attend to breakdowns and emergencies
- Manage technicians and workforce
- Oversee soft services like cleaning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role with an FM Service Provider
- Qatar Driving License
